PicDrama · Effective September 15th, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of PicDrama ("Company," "we," "us"). Continued use after we post updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use PicDrama.
- If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
- You confirm you have legal capacity and that your use complies with applicable law.
Accounts & Watch Progress
Some features may require an account or device-linked progress. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.
Watch history, coins, unlocks, and virtual items are licensed for personal entertainment and have no cash value outside any expressly offered withdrawal program.
License to Watch
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PicDrama for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, record, or re-upload episodes or app assets
- Reverse engineer or create derivative works (except where local law forbids such restriction)
- Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the app or virtual content
- Bypass paywalls, DRM, geo-limits, or access controls
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest content or data
Content & Community Rules
PicDrama hosts short drama series for entertainment. Titles, availability, and episode order may change. Keep the community respectful.
Prohibited
- Piracy or unauthorized redistribution
- Harassment or abusive names / comments
- Exploiting glitches for free unlocks
We may reset progress, revoke rewards, or ban accounts that break these rules.

Rewards & Withdrawals
If PicDrama offers reward or withdrawal features, eligibility, caps, verification, and payout timing are described in-app. Fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse may void rewards. PayPal details are used solely to complete legitimate withdrawals, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The free version may display third-party ads via networks such as AppLovin and its partners. We do not control every creative. Limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
User Content
If you submit nicknames, comments, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content to operate and promote PicDrama. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
PicDrama — including dramas, artwork, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — is owned by the Company or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Feedback you send may be used freely without obligation to you.
Service Availability
Online features rely on https://tmogh.picdrama.com and related infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming. Maintenance, outages, licensing changes, store updates, or force majeure may limit access. Titles and features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICDRAMA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Drama content is fictional entertainment; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability of any title.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of PicDrama. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing. Where local law forbids certain limits, liability is limited to the minimum permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using PicDrama anytime by uninstalling. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you hold.
Changes to These Terms
- Updated Terms will be posted in the app or on this page
- The Effective date will be revised accordingly
- Material changes may be highlighted via in-app notice when practical
- Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms
